On-site measurement services are available for a fee of $300. This fee will be waived if a purchase is made based on the measurement.

We provide paid delivery services or the option to pick up items for free in San Jose. Delivery fees: Within 50 miles round-trip: $300 Additional distance: $2 per mile

We accept check payments only.

Full payment is required at the time of order placement. Customers will receive a receipt upon payment.

All checks must clear before orders are processed.

Merchandise cannot be returned or exchanged after 14 days. Open box items, assembled cabinets, special orders, and customized products cannot be returned or exchanged. A 25% restocking fee applies to all returned merchandise, with no exceptions.

Customers must pick up their merchandise within 3 days. After 3 days, a daily storage fee of 10% of the merchandise value will be charged.

Quartz may vary in shades, colors, veins, and thickness. Marble and granite are natural product, so no two pieces are identical. Customers must inspect artificial quartz material before pickup and installation. LMH is not responsible for labor costs related to replacing damaged or defective materials, so please inspect all materials before modifications.

LMH is not responsible for exchanging assembled cabinets if incorrect measurements are provided by the customer.

Quotations are valid for 30 days from the issue date. Prices are subject to change without notice.
